How to Apply at Highland Terrace Apartments

Thank you for your interest in Highland Terrace Apartments. We offer affordable two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments to qualified applicants, featuring spacious layouts and amenities designed with comfort, safety, and convenience in mind.

Before You Apply

Applications are reviewed based on leasing requirements, screening criteria, household eligibility, and the ability to provide required documentation.

Screening Review:
Credit history, eviction history, and ability to pay rent.

Helpful Note:
Lack of credit history will not automatically disqualify an applicant.

Overview of Screening Criteria

  • No previous evictions for lease violations
  • Good credit history. Lack of history will not be a cause for rejection.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay rent
  • Must meet student eligibility requirements

What You'll Need

Please complete the application in its entirety. If any areas do not apply to your household, indicate N/A in the appropriate section.

  • Current state photo ID for all household members over 18
  • Birth certificates for every household member
  • Social security cards for all household members

Applicants may download and complete a paper application before submitting it to the Management Office. Please be sure all required information and documentation are included to help avoid processing delays.

Once your application is complete and you have all additional documentation, submit your application and documentation in its entirety to the Management Office.

Once the complete application and documentation are received, our team can begin processing and discuss apartment availability with you. A $100 holding deposit will be required to reserve a unit.
