How to Apply at Highland Terrace Apartments

Learn about the application process for affordable two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at Highland Terrace Apartments.

Before You Apply

Applications are reviewed in accordance with the community's Resident Selection Criteria and applicable affordable housing program requirements.

Application Review:
Rental history, credit-related information, household eligibility, and ability to meet rental obligations may be reviewed.

Helpful Note:
A lack of credit history will not automatically disqualify an applicant.

  • Meet applicable income and program requirements
  • Provide complete and accurate application information
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet rental obligations
  • Submit all required documentation
  • Meet applicable student eligibility requirements

What You'll Need

Complete the application in full and indicate N/A for any sections that do not apply.

  • Photo identification for adult household members
  • Birth certificates for household members
  • Social Security cards or other accepted documentation
  • Income and asset documentation, as applicable

The Management Office will contact you regarding your application status and any additional information needed. If approved and an apartment is offered, a $100 holding deposit may be required.
