Save Money on Your Electric Bill!

1. Check Income Qualifications
Make sure you qualify for the program by reviewing the income guidelines below:

2. Complete the Application  
To apply for the Solar for All program, you will need to complete the following documents:

• Signed Solar for All Application*
• Solar for All Community Solar Subscription Agreement Terms & Conditions
• Pepco Customer Usage Authorization Form
• Copy of a Recent Utility Bill from Pepco
• Copy of a Government Issued Photo ID

*Access the SFA Application at DOEE.DC.GOV/SolarForAll

3. Demonstrate Eligibility
Provide proof of current benefit from one of the following programs:

• Utility Discount from Pepco, Washington Gas, DC Water
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

If you do not demonstrate benefits from the above programs, you will need to submit proof of income.

4. Submit your Applications
Choose one of the following methods to submit your completed application: 

• Send a photo or scanned copy of your application document by email to solarforall@dc.gov
• Submit your application online at doee.dc.gov/solarforall
• Mail your application to DOEE Solar for ALL,
  1200 First Street NE, 5^th Floor, Washington, DC 20002
